STEP 1 – Give us a buzz on 02380 988333 or pop into our brand new premises at Hythe Marina.
STEP 2 – We will arrange a FREE visit to your property to value your home having pre-checked comparable properties in your area. We will explain what options are available to you along with your legal obligations as a potential landlord.
STEP 3 – If you are happy with our proposals, you sign our standard contract outlining our terms and conditions.
STEP 4 – We market your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and our own web site t the rental figure agreed.
STEP 5 – Once an applicant wishes to rent your property we proceed to reference them and move towards full legal documentation to include taking a Deposit (to be registered with the DPS), your first month’s rent and a comprehensive inventory signed by the tenant. At the start of the tenancy we pay you within 1 working day by faster payment less any fees that are chargeable.
